There are few certainties in life…there are even less in marketing! Now that you have gotten your business off the ground you may be starting to bring in some money. It may be a little but it may be a lot (I hope its a lot!). Either way its smart to start keeping track of your earnings and expenses now. If you wait until later its a painful process of looking through bank statements and sifting through your credit card bill (I can tell you from experience it stinks!).
My personal method is keeping an excel spreadsheet of ever dollar I make and every dollar I spend, then at the end of the year I just total it up and use that for my taxes.
