There are three MOST important things when considering building a Network Marketing business (online or offline)…
#1 – The Company Pay Plan
It is impossible to make a significant amount of money if your company does not have a good pay plan. It is important to research the pay plan BEFORE you commit to a network marketing company.
The company I work with pays distributors in three different ways…Price Differential on products sold, Volume Bonuses, and then Leadership Bonuses. Not to mention all of the other bonuses. For example, if you sign up as a Gold Ambassador, you get an extra $50 each time you sign up a new Gold Ambassador Distributor!
You want a company that will allow you to make some money even in the beginning. Even if you have a small group its possible to make good money in my Company’s pay plan.
#2 – Finding the Right Sponsor
This is huge! If you have a strong sponsor your potential will multipy! Having a sponsor with a system in place that is working is worth their weight in gold!!
Your sponsor should be your mentor. Someone who can guide you through the steps that you need to take in order to REALLY make money in this business.
Distributors in my group get FREE one-on-one coaching on how to make this business work for them. Everyone is different so everyone has to take their own approach to this. I take my job as your sponsor very seriously!
#3 – Always continue to Educate Yourself (Especially important with internet marketing becuase new techniques are always being discovered!)
Always keep learning. You can never go wrong here…as your put your plan into action its important to continue to educate yourself on new ideas in marketing.
Use tools to support your business. You will most certainly need a quality autoresponder like GetResponse or aWeber. You will also need a place to register your domain names and set up hosting and a great place to do both of these things is GoDaddy.com
Invest in products, books, e-books, online courses, that will help you to hone your skills and introduce you to new concepts in marketing. (Word of caution…invest wisely. There are tons of information products out there, do your research and get the best ones you can find.)
Learn from your sponsor. You must choose a sponsor who has a system in place and can show you the ropes. Your sponsor should act as a business coach to assist you in building your business.
Everyone on my team gets the following:
1. Personal coaching from me - weekly one on one phone conference. During this call we will create your plan and implement systems that work.
2. My training manual This manual is very valueable, its full of tips and secrets that will help you to jump start your business. It’s a home study tool you can use in between our coaching calls.
3. The value of a strong company and strong products behind you. It’s impossible to do well in netowowrk marketing without a strong company with quality products. I personally use all the products I sell and I wouldn’t be able to do well in this busines if I didn’t beleive in our products.
